The Victory Walk is a community event to raise funds for the Victory Development Programs yout development initiatives. Given specifically for the acquisition of a facility that will allow for a continuation of the services that are being offered to the youth of the community. Victory Development Programs provides anger management, conflict resolution, behavior modification and mentoring for young ladies and men. We offer advocacy programs for incorrigible, wayward and rebellious teens as well as youth needing life building resources and an introduction to opportunities for success.
